Maps may send Google your IP address and browser details. Finding an address or using a location on the map also shares that location with Google. You can use a typed address without Maps.

Some photos load from Lazada’s image servers, which receive your IP address and browser information and may use their own cookies. Local category and product photos and Sourlo shop photos do not need this permission.

We remember this choice for up to 180 days on this browser. Turning Maps off reloads the page if it was enabled; save any unfinished form first. More details.

Using Sourlo.

These terms explain the roles of the website, independent shops and external marketplaces. They do not remove rights that applicable consumer or privacy law gives you.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your login secure and provide accurate information needed for the services you use. You may browse without an account. Do not impersonate another person, abuse messages, upload unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access.

Shops and external retailers

Products marked On Sourlo are offered by independent sellers. The named seller is responsible for accurate product details and fulfilment. Sourlo supplies the listing, communication and supported order tools. An approved application means the site owner has reviewed it; it is not a guarantee of quality, solvency, authenticity, delivery or government certification.

Shopee and Lazada listings lead to their own sites. Their checkout, payment, shipping and dispute procedures apply to those purchases. Some external links are affiliate links and may earn Sourlo a commission. Native listings are prioritized in relevant search results. Recorded external prices and ratings are dated snapshots, not live guarantees.

Prices, payment and cancellation

Review the item, quantity, delivery charge and total before placing an online order. Pay only through the method shown for that order. Seller service fees are described on Fees before a seller accepts a fee schedule. The shop must not add undisclosed mandatory charges after an agreed order.

For a chat-arranged order, agree the full delivery and payment amount with the shop before paying. Sourlo cannot automatically refund money paid outside its online payment flow. Items saved in the external marketplace cart are planning references, not reservations or purchases.

Seller listings and content rights

List only items you are authorized to sell. Describe the actual variant, condition, stock and total price accurately, and disclose delivery and return conditions. Do not create fake reviews, fabricated sales figures, false urgency, misleading discounts or unsubstantiated safety, health or performance claims.

Upload photos and logos you own or have permission to use. By submitting them, you give Sourlo permission to store, resize and display them for your shop and listing. This does not transfer ownership. Do not upload others’ private information. You can unpublish or delete a listing; existing order and conversation records may remain.

The owner may restrict content or selling access to address an identified violation, dispute or security concern. Use the contact or report form to raise a concern or ask for review.

Read the privacy and cookie notices for how information is handled. For an order issue, open Orders and use Report a problem under Order support. The shop can respond and Sourlo can review the case. Order chat remains available for questions. Contact the operator if you need further help. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
