FOR SELLERS
Introduce your next great find.
Apply with your confirmed account and business registration documents. After approval, add your shop logo, publish products, and answer customers in your inbox.
Open your shop
Open Sell now and complete Shop Information, Business Information, and Submit. Add a BIR certificate and your DTI certificate (sole proprietor) or SEC / CDA certificate. The site owner reviews your details before you can create a shop. Save a draft if your documents are not ready.
Once approved, create your storefront, upload your logo, and add products with up to six photos, a description, category, price, and stock. You can pause a storefront, unpublish a product, or choose Delete Listing and confirm. Existing orders and conversations are kept. Approval records the site owner’s review; it does not certify the seller on behalf of a government agency.
Your listing checklist
Use a clear product name and the correct category. Explain the important variations, sizes, materials, and compatibility details.
Upload accurate photos of the actual item. Keep the price, description, and stock current in Seller Center. If stock changes while an edit form is open, reopen the form before saving to avoid overwriting the latest stock.
Make your delivery, return, and customer support information easy for buyers to find at checkout.
Sales proceeds and fees
Online checkout requires an approved shop, provider verification, and acceptance of the fee schedule. The first 90 days from your original shop opening waive commission only; payment handling, growth, service, and eligible order fees still apply.
Funds become available after provider settlement, buyer-confirmed delivery, and the configured hold. Request withdrawals to supported, verified bank accounts from your available balance. Refunds and disputes can reduce or hold funds. External marketplace purchases and chat-arranged payments are not credited.
Help shoppers make a confident choice
Enable Automatic reply in Seller Center to send a labeled, one-time greeting to new inquiries. Read messages in Chat and check Alerts for inquiries and order updates. Alerts appear in the website while it is open; email alerts for chat/orders and background mobile push are not configured. Test with a separate buyer account so your shop owner account stays separate from its customer.
